To publish photographs, the user must log in using a valid email address.

By submitting a photo to the site, the user:

• Certifies being the original author of the photograph or holding all rights necessary for its distribution.
• Grants the site a non-exclusive, free right to distribute the photo as part of the ARIRANG Photo Tour project.
• Acknowledges that photos can be downloaded by site visitors. It is up to the user to add a watermark if they wish to visually protect their content.

All contributions are subject to prior manual review. The publisher reserves the right to refuse, modify or remove any content:

• That does not comply with the site's theme (e.g. personal photos unrelated to the concert/members).
• That infringes on a third party's copyright.
• That is unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate.

The only personal data collected is users' email addresses upon login.

• Purpose: The email address is used solely for account management, content moderation and site security.
• Retention and sharing: Email addresses will never be resold, transferred or used for commercial purposes.

The publisher cannot be held liable for:

• Intellectual property disputes arising from a false declaration by a user when submitting a photo.
• Fraudulent use or downloading of photos by third parties.
• Any technical interruptions of the service.
